The F24 service management system, developed with the support of GM INVESTMENT, is an innovative solution for managing and controlling the situation at the properties.
The main goal of the system implementation is to provide clients with a convenient mechanism for electronic interaction with the company, ensuring quality growth, high efficiency of services provided, and transparent client control.
Implementation and use of the system is free of charge for Clients. Unlike expensive systems with limited functionality offered by some other market players, F24 system is a part of internal work organization and customer relationship management system that has a user-friendly interface, using which customers gain a number of significant opportunities.
Work in the system is carried out in a mobile application for devices running on the basis of Android, as well as for iPhone and iPad. The user-friendly interface allows you to start working in the system without additional training.
How F24 works?
An employee arrives at the facility and scans the QR code at the initial control point. On the cell phone screen, he receives the assigned rounds and sequentially walks around the premises along the route.
In each room according to the route the employee scans a QR code and checks the state of the equipment.
If a fault is detected, the system automatically generates requests for the corresponding equipment.
A report is generated when the rounds are completed.
Statistics on all completed bypasses are available in the F24 Service Management System.
